We recommend that you use Microsoft Edge as your Internet browser.
- Click on the button above that says “Download RustDesk”.
- A file called “rustdesk.exe“ will be automatically downloaded and saved in your Downloads folder.
- Click on Open file to launch RustDesk.
- Please provide the technician assisting you with the ID number displayed at the top left of the screen.
