How it all started
Next Generation Digital Technologies was established in 2014 by Hamish McArthur to create an IT service provider that specifically focussed on small to medium-sized organisations and the challenges they faced.
From previously managing all aspects of IT for a small business and playing a key role in its digital transformation and business strategy, Hamish recognised the real value that IT could provide to a business if properly aligned and positioned as more than just technical support.
The vision was to go beyond the traditional sales and support model and create an IT service provider that would be actively involved in helping clients reach their business objectives and develop long term relationships.
