Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and all associated data will be deleted.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our AUP. We may also terminate your account if we cease to offer the Services.

Support Availability
Technical support is generally available during Office Hours. Although some services are available on a 24/7 basis, Next Generation Digital Technologies does not routinely provide technical support After Hours. However, we understand that IT problems are not confined to Office Hours and there may be circumstances where you require extended support. In such cases, a member of our technical team is on standby After Hours to assist customers with emergencies.
