Share your screen with our support team
Remote assistance allows a member of our technical team to connect to your computer and control the system remotely. This allows us to attend to most problems without having to send a technician to your office. During the remote support session, you will still have full control of your computer, will be able to see what the technician is doing, and can cancel the connection at any time.

Instructions for Windows Users
- Click on the blue button above that says "Get Remote Assistance".
- A new window will open in your Internet browser and you will be prompted to download a file called “TeamViewerQS.exe“
- You will be prompted to either save or run the file. If possible, choose run. If you don’t have the option to run, choose to save.
- If you were able to select run in the previous step, the TeamViewer QuickSupport application will download and then run automatically.
If you selected save, wait for the application to download. After the file has downloaded, browse to the folder where you saved the file, usually your Downloads folder, and double-click “TeamViewerQS.exe“
Instructions for Mac Users
- Click on the blue button above that says "Get Remote Assistance".
- A new window will open in your Internet browser. Depending on your Internet browser, the file may start to download automatically or you may be prompted to download the file “TeamViewerQS.zip“
- After the file has downloaded, browse to the folder where you saved the file, usually your Downloads folder, and double-click “TeamViewerQS.zip“ to extract the contents.
- Finally, double-click "TeamViewer QuickSupport"
